There are 2 possibilities for lights:<BR><BR>One in Longmont - http://www.ci.longmont.co.us/rec/special/longmont_lights.htm<BR>And the other is the Botanical Garden, which we went to a few years ago but this time in Littleton - http://www.botanicgardens.org/content/trail-lights<BR><BR>As for eats, in Longmont there is Terroir (http://www.terroir-restaurant.com/), Sugarbeet (http://www.sugarbeetrestaurant.com/) or Tortugas (http://boulder.citysearch.com/profile/1886332/longmont_co/tortuga_s.html).<BR><BR>In Littleton, The Mill Steakhouse (http://www.usmenuguide.com/themillsteakhouse.htm), Cherry Crest Seafood (http://www.cherrycrestseafood.com/test_dinner.html) or Cafe Terracotta - although
