Today the Keg Ran Out Club took the much coveted Ace of Clubs Trophy at the 12th annual 8 seconds of Froth. KROC scored 76 points* in the contest that pits the Front Range Homebrew clubs against each other. The closest club to KROC was the host club, The High Plains Drafters, with a score of 40 points*, and bringing up a distant 3rd was last years winner, Foam on the Range, with 38 points*. Judge coordinator, Brian Mertz stated "All clubs need to keep an eye on the new comers, Liquid Poets, as they were also in the running, and they didn't even exist last year".
