Greetings everyone.<br>All of a sudden it feels like Fall has fallen! Makes me think of beer. (But so do the other three seasons, but I digress....)<br>This month we'll be doing something a little different (or a little more like what the rest of the homebrew world does) by meeting at Steve Jones' neighborhood clubhouse. It's across the street from 1305 Buttonwood if that helps anyone get there.
<br>Estes Joe will be giving us some tips on water pH and salt additions, and we'll have our raffle (bring a $5) as well as a best-of-show contest, so bring your best brew! And for the second time here we'll be doing the semi-private tasting panel for those that would like a little more direct feedback on their creations.
<br>Not a member? You're welcome to come check us out. Dues are $12.50 for the remainder of the year ($15.50 for couples) and at this point it's all heading straight toward a raging Christmas party (members-only, hint hint!)
