<br>I've got the clubhouse at my condo community (near Drake and Shields, behind Rocky Mountain High School) reserved if we want to have the party there on the 2nd. It's $50 for the entire day and $300 damage deposit (they'll take a check and hold it, but not cash it unless they need to).
