This is a really unique opportunity to see how the big guys get to do things. There are certain advantages to big scale brewing and certain disadvantages to big scale brewing and there are many great opportunities that A-B has afforded the craft brewing industry especially all the programs that cost lots of money. Take a set of open eyes and you will be surprised (or not) at how passionate these guys are about their beer. If you get a chance grab some of the pre-isomerized Columbus pellets at 27% Alpha acid... and watch out for the lime juice, its sticky!<br>
