Excellent!~ We have five stepping up so far:<br>Jester, Alex, Joe and Brian and Mike.<br>Rauchbier, Red Ale, Falconer's Pale, Belgian Porter and Black IPA.<br>One more?<br>I'm leaning toward a wit, think Jake's doing a brown, not sure about Colin but it's looking pretty well-rounded so far.<br>
What else do we need for the other three?<br>Cream/blond, Stout, Hefe, Amber, ESB, 80/-, Belgian pale...?<br><br>-If someone else wants to do a wit I can do something else, just really want to get these in the fermenter by this next weekend at the latest.<br>
