Poets,<div><br></div><div>As the winner of the last Iron Brewer challenge I have the honor of picking the next challenge. When I was in San Diego for the NHC this year, I attended a talk on unusual wood aging. I think this will make a great Iron Brewer challenge... </div>
<div><br></div><div>The rules are:</div><div><br></div><div>1. Use any wood that is non-toxic and is not Oak.</div><div><br></div><div>Some exotic wood can be toxic, but if it is used in the food industry or produces edible products it should be safe. Do research to make sure.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Beers will be judged like a best of show and should have a significant wood character.</div><div><br></div><div>Look to websites that sell wood for BBQ they should have many food-safe choices.</div><div>
