Just want to say thanks to Kyle for opening up his home (and kitchen) to a handfull of novice mead makers on Saturday. What a hoot!. Tried some interesting meads and got to visit with some Poets, old and new. My mead (Floriday orange blossom) has been fermenting strongly since pitching, thanks to the graduated nutrient addition technique.<BR>
