There are lots of good resources out there for making non-hopped beers, including gruits and other types of historical beers, so do your homework and come up with a recipe. Challenge is a competition held within the Liquid Poets. A particular brewing challenge is presented, people brew, enter, and pay a $5 entry fee. The winner gets the money, and gets to pick the next iron brewer challenge. Past examples have included candy beers, no barley, flowers, non-oak wood, chili beers, breakfast cereal beer, smoked, attack of the clones, chocolate, and non-stout/porter tea and coffee beer.</div><div><br></div><div>Good Luck!</div><div><br></div><div>Rod Simpson<br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div></div></body></html>
