<p class="MsoNormal">What is the purpose of this ongoing study?</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">To Learn what qualities each hop variety contributes so we
can brew beers with the bitterness, Flavor and aroma we desire.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">On that note I’d like to keep this going and continue to
expand it so we can learn even more.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">So Brew a single hopped beer and bring it to the next
meeting</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Pale ales and IPA’s work best , because those styles are
designed to showcase hops</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">But<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>any brew with a
fair amount of hops can be a learning experience.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Next meeting I’ll bring some more Amarilla Killa, and a
Belgian Pale Ale made with Crystal Hops</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I’d like it if someone could make a Pale Ale with any of
those free hops that we got at New Belgium</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Other hop varities we need to try:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Colombus, Simcoe, Magnum, and any New
Zealand variety or any variety at all!</p>
