It's a mix of wildflower, alfalfa, and clover. It's raw honey (probably contains wax and some bee parts :-). This should be well suited for melomels, and traditionals, lighter spices, and some braggots.</span></div>

<div><span style="color:rgb(34,34,34);font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">This honey is black... it went through a melter (tool used to melt the honey out of the comb). It contains flavors of caramel, molasses, brown sugar, and some maple syrup notes. Some mineral flavors are present, similar in flavor to dark candi syrup. This isn't 'raw' as it has reached temperatures to caramelize. Well suited for melomels with dark fruit, traditionals, darker spices (such as coffee/chocolate metheglins), and dark braggots. Similar in flavor to honey after boiling to make a <a href="http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f30/black-gold-my-batch-bochet-303118/">bochet</a>.</span></div>
