<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">I can’t believe we have
already finished another year. As a club and part of the Northern
Colorado brewing community, we had several milestones and accomplishments that
are worth highlighting. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Here are a few that come
to mind:</span></p>

<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Symbol"> </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">2012
was the largest membership for the Liquid Poets</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:7.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Club
member Andy Mitchell (of Funkwerks fame) won a Gold medal at the National
Homebrew Competition in Seattle</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:7.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">We
produced the largest volume of beer in club history at 2012 Big Brew (I
forget the number).</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The 2012 Liquid Poetry Slam was largest club hosted
homebrew competition (576 entries) <u>ever</u> in Colorado.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Three club members Taylor Caron, Nate Boot, and Jay
Shambo all participated in GABF Pro-Am brews. </span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">We donated $1000 dollars to the Red Cross High Park
Fire Relief fund.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Fort Collins and Loveland brought home 8 GABF medals
from 6 separate breweries.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:7.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""> </span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Funkwerks
received high honor with Small Brewery of the Year at the GABF.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Club member Jay Shambo won a gold medal in the GABF
Pro-Am competition with New Belgium Brewing Co.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">We beat our previous record donation to the Larimer County
Food Bank ($961, I think) at the December holiday party.</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">I’m sure I missed a few,
but overall I feel this is an impressive list.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">As the year comes to a
close I would like thank the 2012 Board of Directors for all the hard work and
great ideas they offered over the past year.</span></p>
