<p>3-3:30 p.m.: A <strong><span style="color:#006633">Fermentation Demonstration</span></strong><span style="color:#006633">
</span><span style="color:black">will be led</span> by Marni Wahlquist of Vital Cultured Foods. We'll learn how easy it is to make sauerkraut in your own home, and you'll be amazed at how many different flavors you can create!

<p>5:30-6 p.m.: A<span style="color:#006633"> <strong>VIP Tour</strong> </span>led by fermentation faculty, Dr. Chris Melby and Dr. Tiffany Weir, will showcase the new home of the fermentation science degree program at CSU. This is a sneak peek into our space,
which is yet to be renovated, and a chance to provide your thoughts and ideas about how we can continue strengthening this exciting new area of research and education at CSU.

<p><em><span style="color:#006633">The Discussion Panel, Fermentation Demonstration, and VIP Tour are free to attend, but RSVPs are required, because space is limited. The demonstration will be held in Gifford Hall, Room 239, and the panel will be held in Gifford
Hall, Room 113. The VIP Tour will also depart from Room 113, shortly after the panel. Attendees can use the pay-to-park spaces in the Lory Student Center parking lot or the Prospect Road parking garage.</span></em><span style="color:#006633">

<p>6-8 p.m.: A <strong><span style="color:#006633">Fermentation Mixer</span></strong><span style="color:#006633">
</span>will be held in the Aspen Grille, located in the Lory Student Center, and will feature delicious fermented food and beverage pairings. These special treats will highlight the many fermented foods made in Colorado. Tickets to this event are $20.
