<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white">Hey All - </p><p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><br></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white">Big Brew Day is coming up in a few
weeks, so be sure to save the date of Saturday, May 4^th.  This is one of the most fun events of the
year and you definitely don’t want to miss it!  Big Brew is a celebration of National Homebrew
Day.  Each year homebrewers around the
world invite family and friends to their brewing site on the first Saturday in
May to celebrate the holiday. Everyone is encouraged to brew, enjoy the fun and
join in on a world-wide toast at noon CDT. 
Last year we had at least 20 people all brewing at the same time, and
even more throughout the day, and we were able to brew 225 gallons.  I know we can top that!  We will be hosting it at my house again this
year.  My address is 712 Cambridge Dr,
Fort Collins. Things will get started at 9 AM, but if you are an early bird brewer like me, feel free to come by earlier and get a head start.  Hops and Berries has been
kind enough to sponsor the event again. 
They will be providing meat for the grill, and everyone is encouraged to
bring a side dish.  They are also
reimbursing the hombrewers who have agreed to brew beer to drink at the
party.  On that note – one of the people
who had volunteered to brew for the party had to back out, so we are still looking for one
more person to brew a 5 gal batch for the party.  Alternatively, you could donate a keg of
something you have already brewed and Hops and Berries will give you store
credit if you bring them your recipe.
