<div dir="ltr"><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">Hi Poets,</div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">I have more info about the meeting/tours at AB on July 11.  About 50 of us will be able to do a 2-hour tour of the brewing process, if you are able to get there by 6pm.  Those who are not able to come early or who just want to meet as usual can come at 7pm, and they will have a meeting space for us to taste each other's beers until 9pm.</div>
<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">RSVPs are required for the tour, due to their rules, so please reply to me with the names of the people who will be attending.  I'll need to get them the list of names the week before the meeting, so please RSVP by July 4th.</div>
<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">There are some special requirements about attire, as spelled out below:<br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">
<br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">"VERY important...no shorts or skirts, no jewelry of any kind, and people MUST wear closed-toe, non-heel shoes. We will not allow anyone on the tour in improper attire. We'll provide everyone with a hat, safety glasses and earplugs. We will be in many areas of our process that we do not allow the public tour to go, so everybody needs to be very clear on our requirements for their own safety. They will also want a light jacket/fleece for their comfort in our fermenting, aging and finishing cellars."<br>
</div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">Also, due to TTB laws, no beer brought into the brewery can leave the premises.  We will be able to take home our empty bottles, so don't worry about that.  But any beer remaining in the bottles must be dumped out before we leave.</div>
<div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px">This sounds like a very fun opportunity to see how the big guys do it, and probably even get to taste products out of fermenters and the like.  Please don't forget to RSVP if you're doing the tour!</div>
