Our next LP meeting will be at <b>Coopersmith’s</b> on <b>Thursday</b> <b>September
5th </b>@ 7:00 PM.</span></p>

We will have a beer social for the first ~ 15 min. You can bring any
homebrews you would like to share with the group.</span></p>

<p class="" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">1) We will be
doing tasting panel. If you have any beers (or meads and ciders) that you
want specific feedback on please bring them. This is an opportunity to
get very direct comments on beer attributes and style for your good or bad beers.
Also, if you have beer that you know has a specific "problem" -
bring it! This is a great educational opportunity to train other people
on beer attributes and taints.</span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-bottom:12pt"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><br>
2) </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">Oktoberfest</span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"> (BJCP: 3A) is the September style of the
month. If you have one, please bring it for the table. We will also
have a few commercial examples available for this style. </span><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif">These discussions will be led by BJCP judges
and are a great opportunity to really dissect the diversity and qualification
for certain beer styles. For brewers who are interested in learning how
competition beer judging works – this is the table to be seated at!</span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-bottom:12pt"><span style="font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif"><br>
3) October style of the month is Spice, Herb, or Vegetable. Time to
get those pumpkin beers made!</span></p>
<p class="" style="margin-bottom:12pt"><font face="Arial, sans-serif">4) The single hop beer tasting will be held at
my house on Saturday, September 7</font><sup style="font-family:Arial,sans-serif;font-size:10pt">th</sup><font face="Arial, sans-serif"> from 2 – 5 PM. If you brewed for this and are unable to
attend then please contact me so we can arrange to get a few bottles of your
beer for the tasting. All club members are
welcome to come even if you </font><font face="Arial, sans-serif">didn't</font><font face="Arial, sans-serif"> brew for this and you just want to taste the
beers. My address is 712 Cambridge Dr., Fort Collins.</font></p>
