Once again this is very last minute, as several of my regular volunteers couldn't make it. We will start around 10 am and can 230 cases of beer. It should take about 4 hours total. Afterwards I will provide lunch for everyone. I brought homemade tomalles (braised pork/green chili) and I'm making elote (roasted corn with garlic mayo, parmesan cheese, and paprika). Of course anyone who can help will get a 4 pack to take home along with as many short-fills that you can carry. </div><div><br></div><div style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 16px; font-family: 'times new roman', 'new york', times, serif; background-color: transparent; font-style: normal;">I'm also trying to start a list of people who
would like to help either occasionally or on a more regular basis. The speed of the Mobile Canning guy's line forces me to use volunteers to keep up. Once we get our own it will be a different story.
