At the recent sour tasting hosted by NBB we decided that the current barrel project (Strong Golden) is ready to come out of the barrel. That means it is time to get the next batch started! If you are interested in participating please respond to this email
with your preference from the following two recipe options:<br>
<br>
1) Medium strength amber: 5.5% ABV with 50% or more Munich malt <br>
2) Scottish Wee Heavy: 8.5% ABV, recipe something like <a href="http://growlermag.com/homebrew-recipe-scotch-ale-issue5/" target="_blank">
http://growlermag.com/homebrew-recipe-scotch-ale-issue5/</a> but with a lower IBU. Note the labor involved in making this recipe!<br>

These recipe options are open to modification; we can talk about it at the LP meeting on Thursday.<br>

The schedule will be to brew in January with a target of mid February to go into the barrel.<br>
