<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">The Liquid Poets’ barrel project will have a Wild Beer Picnic and Cookout this Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00. This is the time when we will take the current project (wee heavy) out of the barrel and replace it with the next project
(traditional lambic).</p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">The schedule will be:</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">1:00 - Start Wee Heavy transfer out of barrel</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">1:45 - Bring barrel to Funkwerks for hot water cleaning</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">2:30 - Start Lambic transfer into barrel</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">3:30 - All transfer done</p>
<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">4:00 - Wrap up</p>

<p class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle">Dan has offered to have a grill available for people to cook with. I will bring a package of brats and some buns, as well as some samples from previous club barrel projects for you to enjoy.</p>
