Poets!</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Apologies for the very late notice!  Our
January meeting will be held this Thursday, January 5th at New Belgium Brewing from
7:00-9:00pm.  We will be in the All Staff room as usual, just off the Liquid Center.</p> 

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Iron
Brewer Challenge - January 2017 Meeting:</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Our
next Iron Brewer Challenge is for the best Double IPA brewed with at least
0.5lbs of simple sugar (honey, sugar, molasses, etc.) per 5 gallons. 
These will be judged at this months meeting, so bring your best Double IPA!  Bring one unmarked bottle to the meeting and see if you
can win the bragging rights, a $25 gift card to Hops & Berries, and you get
the pick the next challenge!</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Tasting
Panel:</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Since
we seem to always have a lot going on at meetings, and those wanting feedback
on beers may not always remember to bring 2 bottles, we are going to try
something new with the tasting panel over the next couple of months.  We
are going to ask those who are BJCP certified judges if they would be willing
to give one-on-one feedback to other members who are seeking it.  Those
BJCP members who are willing will have a special name tag denoting that they are
willing to take a minute or two and review your beer with you.  If you are
BJCP certified, and you are willing to help out other club members at our
meetings, please let one of the Board Members know and we will get you setup
with the special name tag.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>Beer
Social:</b></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">As
usual, we will gather around the beer table for the first 15-20 minutes of the
meeting and greet new and old friends alike.  Bring something you have
made recently, something you have had aging for a while, or anything in
between.  Let's sample some great home brew!</p><br></div><b>2017 Board of Directors<br></b></div>Now that voting is compete.... better late than never... we will announce our 2017 Board of Directors at the meeting this month.<br><div><div><div><p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
