<div dir="ltr"><span style="font-size:12.8px">Hey All,</span><div style="font-size:12.8px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><b>Heard the News...</b></div><div style="font-size:12.8px">As many of you already know or have read (The Coloradoan) - we will wrapping up brewing operations in Fort Collins over the next month or so. Our Campus West property was sold to a development group back in September of 2016. Though C.B. & Potts was involved in ownership of the property it was not directly part of our Restaurant and Brewery biz and other vested interests were involved with the sale. That being said we began to look for a new brewery home in Fort Collins last Fall. Unfortunately, the current real estate market in FoCo has proven limited and challenging. Over the last 6 months, we have looked at several potential locations, but have not been able to find what we are looking for.</div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><b>What's next for Potts?</b></div><div style="font-size:12.8px">We are still looking for opportunities in Fort Collins to place a brewery. Until then, we still need to meet our production demands. Our FoCo brewery was mainly focused on supplying Fort Collins but 25-30% of the production was going to our 7 other Colorado locations. Therefore, we will be expanding capacity at one of our current Denver breweries. The FoCo brewhouse will be put in storage in Fort Collins while all the fermenters, brites, pumps, hoses, keg wahser, bottling line, and cooperage will be utilized in the expansion project. </div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8px">I have been asked and accepted the opportunity to work on this expansion project and ultimately the Brewery Leader/Production Manger for the new facility.</div><div style="font-size:12.8px"> <br></div><div style="font-size:12.8px">Though I will be spending a lot of my time in Denver, I will still be involved at our 2 pub locations in Fort Collins. I will continue to live in Fort Collins and will always feel connected to the brewing scene here. I look forward to drinking many more homebrews with all the Poets. </div><div style="font-size:12.8px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.8px">We are closing the doors to the Taproom on Friday night. I'd love to share some beers with you all, if your free. Party starts at 5 PM.
