The bent is sort of that people will "come around" and have kids, but I 
thought many of the topics brought up were interesting and sometimes scary 
(mostly for Europeans, but you never know).  An additional tax on childless 
couples?  Never mind the trotting out of typical "selfish" accusations and 
the BS "patriotic duty" rhetoric.  Anyway, it's worth a read:
