Also, the Lyric is showing the Risen Sun at 7pm on Tuesday (March 24th) - Let's go. Dinner votes? (They're playing Frost/Nixon at 7 on the other screen for those who wouldn't like Risen Sun)
From the arid deserts of Arizona, Huckin Huge Films bursts onto the
scene with the most progressive kayak film to date. Twelve months in
the making and shot in vivid high definition, you’ll witness monumental
waterfall descents, and paddling in new and exotic whitewater frontiers.
The team starts their mission in the never-seen-before canyons of
Arizona, then traveling to the Land of the Rising Sun….Japan. Lush
jungle and sheer vertical walled canyons are sure to inspire a new
generation of creeking in this “Asian Norway”, with breathtaking first
descents in an amazing documentary of the teams’ travels. The story
continues to California, finding untouched canyons in San Diego and a
descent of the spectacular and elusive Devil’s Postpile. Also witness the
epic descent of the 105 ft. tall, 275 ft long Sunset Falls, WA! The final
adventures are shot in the harsh creeks of British Columbia, the
stunning Grand Canyon of the Stikine and the incredible 108 ft. World
Record Waterfall.
“The Risen Sun crushes the conventions of a modern kayaking film,
taking you on a cinematic journey through untouched territories.”

If a cute saying or a pretty poster are all it takes to motivate you, you probably have a very easy job. The kind robots will be doing soon.
