This Thursday we'll be beginning our 10-class series for Beer Judge
Certification. All are welcome, and drop-ins are fine if you don't want to
take the whole course. (You can get in on the exam as well, but it's
supposed to be pretty tough without study.) We will meet the 2nd and 4th
Thursday of each month, and hold the exam mid-Sept ($50 exam fee.) All
incidental costs will be shared among the students for each class, so bring
some cash if you are able, otherwise we settle at the LP monthly.
For those that are able, please bring a bottle of your favorite homebrew for
the night's host, and some palate-cleansing foodstuffs (e.g., bread,
tortilla chips, munchies.)
See this thread<http://www.liquidpoets.com/index.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=145>for
more info. Any questions, email me.

The first class will be at Chuck's house:

1321 Patton St. 80524

Directions: Patton St is 3 streets east of Lemay off of Prospect.
Turn north on Patton from Prospect. Go 8-10 houses down, house is on
the west side of the road. It is a yellow house with 1/2 brick
veneer.

We'll be going over the basics of the program, and trying out some doctored
beer, see first-hand what some of the faults taste like.
