I won't push you into it by any means, but think about it: judging is about
learning faults in brewing and learning style guidelines. It has nothing to
do with brewing good beer. One could be an excellent judge never having
brewed a pint. Learning about good beer and brewing good beer are different,
but bet your last nickel the one will help with the other. The more you know
how good and bad beer tastes the better you can make your own. The opposite
does not always apply.
Think about it.
