Who here knows about brewing salts and would like to give a little talk
(20m?) at the next meeting?
Email me personally and if there's more than one person interested we'll do
a panel sort of thing.
*main salts used
*main effects, good and bad
*quantities used for various brewing regions
*when to use in process
-and if we could get a municipal water report to go along with it, awesome.
(Club covers cost; think it's ~$30?)
