[Liquidpoets] winter party

I've got the clubhouse at my condo community (near Drake and Shields, behind Rocky Mountain High School) reserved if we want to have the party there on the 2nd.  It's $50 for the entire day and $300 damage deposit (they'll take a check and hold it, but not cash it unless they need to).  We just need to make sure that we leave it the way we find it.

We have till the end of the week to put the deposit on it and pay the $50, after that it's up for grabs again.

forward to seeing everyone in a couple weeks.
(If anyone knows a cheap facility that has even a basic kitchen, let me know!)
