So, we will be asking for a $5 cover per person at the party. Keep in
mind this all goes to the club, so whatever money we don't have to
spend because of this, just leaves more for next year's fun. We'll
have 20g+ of homebrew and commercial beer, some NA beverages, and a
hunk of roasted animal along with a big pile of door prizes and raffle
prizes.
Each attendee gets a raffle ticket, and extras will be for sale at $2 a pop.
There's going to be a pay-in-advance option for the door cover, to
help cover the costs beforehand. I encourage everyone that knows
they're coming to go to the club store (later this eve when I get a
chance to put it up) and drop your $5 in the hat. You won't get a
"ticket" per se, but you'll be on the list at the door as having paid.
You can also pay at the door, but it'll be helpful to get some of this
done ahead of time.
