[Liquidpoets] December Meeting / Voting

[President Liquid Poets]

Hey everyone!  The next Liquid Poets meeting will be this *Thursday,
December 4th at Fort Collins Brewery at 7 pm. *Bring some home brew (beer,
mead, cider, wine, etc) or some craft brew to share. There will be tasting
panels and a raffle ($1 or 1 bottle of beer per ticket).

This week we will be voting for our officers for next year. Below is the
list of people running. You can vote via email by responding to this or you
can vote at the meeting this Thursday, the results will be announced at the
end of the meeting.

Since there is only one person running for President, Vice President, Events
Coordinator, and Treasurer, there is no need to vote for those positions...

Also, the club has some great swag available from café press at
www.cafepress.com/liquidpoets. Any purchases from this will go directly to
the club to fund our club events such as the competition, brewery tours,
etc.

Here is the tentative schedule for the meeting:

7- 7:15 Opening remarks/announcements
7:15-7:45 general tasting
7:45-8:45 Tasting Group Panels
8:45-9:15 Voting results, BOS vote tally, and raffle prizes
9:15-9:45 mingling/clean-up
