Hey everyone!  It's about time Rod and I have another party!  We'll have some beer and other drinkables.  Bring a side dish or something to grill if it's nice out.  To spring and St. Patty's day!  Some of you might get this email a few times.
   
  Directions:
  95 Flat Iron LN
  Windsor CO 80550
   
  Take Harmony east...keep going for about 7 miles.
  Suburbia.
  Turn south on Rd 21 then 1st left into the development.
  1st left onto Flat Iron LN.
   
  Festivities start at 5pm and last till whenever March 15th.
