[Liquidpoets] March Meeting At Odell Brewing Company

Hey everyone!  The next Liquid Poets meeting will be this *Thursday, March
6th at Odell Brewing Company at 7 pm. *Bring some home brew (beer, mead,
cider, wine, etc) or some craft brew to share. There will be tasting panels
and a raffle ($1 or 1 bottle of beer per ticket). In addition, we will be
having our Perfect Porter IBC.  It is 5 dollars to enter the IBC, the brewer
with the winning beer will get the money from the IBC as well as be selected
to represent our club in the March AHA Club Only competition.

Anyone who has not yet paid this years dues, please remember to do so at the
meeting. We have some great club events lined up for this year, but in order
to do them we need dues to be paid.

Also, the club has some great schwag available from café press at
www.cafepress.com/liquidpoets. Any purchases from this will go directly to
the club to fund our club events such as the competition, brewery tours,
etc.



Here is the tentative schedule for the meeting:

7- 7:15 Opening remarks/announcements
7:15-7:45 Judging of IBC Perfect Porter Beers / mingling.
7:45-8:45 Tasting Group Panels
8:45-9:15 BOS vote tally and raffle prizes
9:15-9:45 mingling/clean-up
