following functions.



Guild Rep:  Responsibilities include =96 Interact with the Front Range
Homebrewers Guild, attend both Liquid Poets board meetings and guild
meetings (Or appoint someone to represent us).  Communicate/coordinate all
guild events to the club and all open club events to the guild.



Public Liaison:  Responsibilities include =96 Interact with the community a=
nd
coordinate club presence for all community related events.  (I.e. Fort
Collins Oktoberfest, Fort Collins Beer Festival, etc)



Web Master:  Responsibilities include =96 Updating our website, managing
accounts for members, etc.



In addition, this next year will require a 15 month term.   For all named
positions, (President, VP, Events Coordinator, Treasurer, Guild Rep, Public
Liaison, and Web Master).  This 15 month term only requires 12 months of
service, the additional 3 months are for transferring knowledge to the next
person taking the position. (Basically just being on call for 3 months)

November meeting I will have a list of all nominated individuals, these
