[Liquidpoets] Clarification about the mead demonstration

Well, things are never simple.  There was a miscommunication between the
beekeepers and myself about the time and the new OFFICIAL time(tm) for this

Well, I'm finally scheduling a make up for the mead brewing demonstration
(weather permitting).  This is the one that had been scheduled for November,
but was postponed.  Right now, I'm planning this for February 7, from 2-5pm
at my house

To remind you all, the plan for this event is for me and, ideally, some
others to brew some mead and give people an idea of what's involved in the
process.  I'd really like to get some others brewing at the same time to
show some different alternatives and approaches, sort of make it like a mini
Mead Day.  Hopefully, Sheron is still planning to come to this event and
talk about care and feeding, too.

Please drop me a reply if you think you're coming and whether you want to
brew or not.
