[Liquidpoets] January Meeting

One thing I forgot to mention.

 

Please bring your 2009 membership dues with you to the meeting.  Our dues
are not changing, $20 for an individual and $25 for a family.  Please bring
cash or a check made out to Liquid Poets.  Also, please be prepared to spend
a few minutes to complete a new membership form/waiver.  Our current club
bylaws require a new waiver and membership form to be completed by each
member every year.

Happy New Year!

 

Our January meeting will be this Thursday, January 8th at Odell Brewing
Company at 7 pm.  Bring some home brew (beer, mead, cider, wine, etc. or
some craft brew to share.  There will be tasting panels, best of show, and a
raffle ($1 or 1 bottle of beer per ticket).

 

The club has some great swag available from Café Press at
www.cafepress.com/liquidpoets.  Any purchases form this will go directly to
the club to fund our events such as the competition, brewery tours, etc.
Get your LP gear!

 

Here is the schedule for the meeting:

 

7:00-7:15 Opening announcements

7:15-7:45 General tasting

7:45-8:45 Tasting Groups

8:45-9:15 Best of Show vote tally and Raffle prizes

9:15-9:45 Mingling and clean-up
