[Liquidpoets] July Meeting

Hi All,

 

The next Liquid Poets meeting is this week Thursday, July 2nd at Fort
Collins Brewery at 7pm.  Bring some home brew (beer, mead, wine, cider, etc)
or some craft brew to share.  This month we will be judging the next
installment of the Iron Brewer Challenge – Chocolate Beers.  Bring your
chocolate beers and $5 to enter.  Winner takes all.  Hops and Berries is
kicking in an additional $20 gift certificate for the best beer made with
Chocolate and Chili Peppers or Chocolate and Coffee.  There will also be our
usual Best of Show voting, Tasting Panels, and a raffle ($1 or 1 bottle of

The club has some great swag available from Café Press at

the club account to help fund competitions, brewery tours, etc.

 

Here is the tentative schedule:

 

7:00 – 7:15 Opening remarks and announcements.

7:15 – 7:45 General tasting and Iron Brewer Judging

7:45 – 8:45 Group tasting panels

8:45 – 9:15 Best of Show results and Raffle

9:15 – 9:45 Mingling and Cleanup
