Hello Poets!
I know many of you don't go on the forums so I thought I would tell you
about a Spruce Tip Brew I want to get set up for one of our casks.
Here is the forum:

I am looking to see if there is any interest in doing a Spruce Tip Cask Brew
this spring. My thought is it is easy to get enough spruce tips in this town
and I also have a jar of spruce juice we can use for those who can't get the
tips. The recipe I came up with is a sweeter version of red ale with only
1oz. hops. I have done a no hop spruce ale and it was great so I think this
would work good.
Take a look and tell me what you think and if you are interested!
