[Liquidpoets] October Meeting 10/1 @ Potts

Hey everyone, its getting close to that time again.  What is that you may
ask?!?  Time for another *Liquid Poet's* meeting, *horary*!!!  This months
meeting is on *Thursday, Oct 1st* at *CB&Potts* at *7:00pm.  *Bring some
home brew (beer, mead, wine, cider, etc) or some craft brew to share.  There
will also be our usual *Best of Show* voting, *Group Tasting Panels*, and a
*Raffle* ($1 or 1 bottle of beer per ticket).

This month is judging for the *Iron Brewers Challenge*.  The best
flowerbeerwins, pending judges from your peers, bwhahaha.  Note there
is a $5 entry
and winner takes the cash and Alton Brown home (disclaimer: Alton Brown will
not go home with you).  Also they will select the next Iron Brewers
Challenge.

The club has some great swag available from Café Press at
www.cafepress.com/liquidpoets.com.  Any funds form purchases go directly
into the club account to help fund competitions, brewery tours, etc.



Here is the tentative schedule:

7:00 – 7:15 Opening remarks and announcements.

7:15 – 7:45 General tasting

7:15 – 7:45 Iron Brewers Challenge Judging: Flower Power

7:45 – 8:45 Group Tasting Panels

8:45 – 9:00 Best of Show Results and Raffle

9:00 – 9:30 Mingling and Cleanup
