A couple of things I forgot to add:

FCB Tour
Fort Collins has offered to show people around the new brewery before the
meeting. Meet at the tasting room at 6:30 if you are interested.

Queen of Beer
This is an annual women-only competition that is coming up. Emily Heaton won
best of show here a couple years ago, and we've had good luck in the past.
Entries are accepted 9/24-10/8, and more information is available here:

BJCP Study Group
There has been a fair amount of interest in starting up a BJCP study group
and organizing a test in the area. Jay Shambo has offered to organize
things, so let him know if you are interested (jayshambo at comcast.net). More
information is available at the BJCP site: http://www.bjcp.org/study.php,
and I'll try to bring some additional details to the meeting so people can
see if that sounds interesting.
