I didn't know you could get discounted GABF tickets...

Seriously though, how do you become Homebrewer of the week?
I'm guessing you have to be a member, but other than that do they contact
you?
Does Charlie stare into a crytal bowl and summon his inner brew mojo and
say: "This weeks Homebrewer of the week is ________!"
