[Liquidpoets] Bulk Honey purchase

All,

I'm putting together another bulk honey buy (I'm low on honey..). There are
3 barrels that tasted good and interesting to me. To fill the order, I need
10 buckets purchased from each barrel. Please be specific as to which barrel
(A,B, or C) you want bucket(s) from.

A 55gal barrel of Californian avocado blossom honey (with some buckwheat)
that has strong brown sugar notes and a hint of molasses. Color is almost
black. $75/5 gallon bucket ($1.15/lb plus $6 for the bucket)
B 55gal barrel of Californian avocado blossom honey (with some
buckwheat) that has strong molasses notes and a hint of brown sugar. Color
is dark brown. $75/5 gallon bucket ($1.15/lb plus $6 for the bucket)
C 55gal barrel of late season Cortez Colorado wildflower honey. A light bit
of peppery spice and some almost sage like flavors. Color is yellow gold.
$114/5 gallon bucket ($1.80/lb plus $6 for the bucket)

Note, both A and B have an ever so slight metallic twang which is a
characteristic of avocado honey. This goes away when aging.
I can get more than 1 barrel of the Cortez honey. Each barrel will be
slightly different.
