[Liquidpoets] Business class help

Hey everyone.   I'm writing a business plan for my business class and I'm doing it for a brewpub.  I have been trying to call brewmasters from CB & Potts and Coopersmiths to ask some questions about brewing beer in a brewpub, but I have not been lucky enough to get a hold of anyone.  I don't know if there is a brewmaster in our group from a brewpub or if there is someone who knows one.  But I thought I would submit some questions to everyone in the hopes that I can get some answers. 



1. How often do you brew? 

2. How many beers do you have at one time? 

3. How long does a batch of beer last? How many barrels? 

4. How long can a batch of beer keep? 

5. How do you determine how much of a particular beer to brew? 



Any help you guys can give would be greatly appreciated.
