[Liquidpoets] Chaffing dish?

Hi Folks; 
I'm bringing a carved ready-to-eat roast turkey on Friday 
I'll keep it warm before bringing it to the buffet; 
Does anyone have a chaffing dish with warmer to keep it warm, 
or should we settle for room temp bird?
