I brought this up last night and am very interested in attending these
(Joe, please count this as my official RSVP)

I've been a brewer for a long time and I really enjoy the Liquid Poets
meetings. I'm wanting to offer more advice to my fellow brewers than
my current "I like it" or "I don't like it" responses and I think
these classes are going to be a great way to widen my palate and to be
able to pinpoint defects (and hopefully some of their root causes).

If this is sounds interesting to you, please sign up. I look forward
to meeting with you guys and getting to know our beer better.
