[Liquidpoets] Single Hopped Beers

This might be a good one for a project proposal. We did this back in OR
years ago, IPA grist that time, but it could be APA as easily. Same recipe,
but single-hopped. I believe I did Saaz which was really interesting. Doing
it as a club project, with everyone using the same grist and yeast and
trying to keep the process similar would give us an even clearer picture of
what the hop does in a controlled setting.
There are a number of new hops since then (I don't think Simcoe was around,
maybe not even Amarillo, certainly not Sorachi or Citra) but we could also
do a couple of German and English at "US" pitching rates.
