Hello brewers,

I have one, 60lb bucket of Montana Clover honey for sale @ $150 (which is
$2.50 per lb).

It's a very light, almost white colored honey from Montana. Light clean
flavor of clover. Raw honey, will have some wax. Well suited for melomels
(especially lighter fruits such as apricots or strawberries), and
traditionals.

I also have two buckets of Salida Honey for sale; a 60lb @ $160 --and-- a
48lb @ $128 (which is $2.66 per lb) :

It's a light honey from around Salida, Colorado. It's a mix of wildflower,
alfalfa, and clover. It's raw honey (probably contains wax and some bee
parts :-). This should be well suited for melomels, and traditionals,
lighter spices, and some braggots.

And I have three, 60lb buckets of (very) Dark Melter honey for sale @ $90
(which is $1.50 per lb).

This honey is black... it went through a melter (tool used to melt the
honey out of the comb). It contains flavors of caramel, molasses, brown
sugar, and some maple syrup notes. Some mineral flavors are present,
similar in flavor to dark candi syrup. This isn't 'raw' as it has reached
temperatures to caramelize. Well suited for melomels with dark fruit,
traditionals, darker spices (such as coffee/chocolate metheglins), and dark
braggots. Similar in flavor to honey after boiling to make a
bochet<http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f30/black-gold-my-batch-bochet-303118/>
.

These extra buckets are more than I want to keep on hand, so I'm letting
them go for what they cost me.

Regards,
jpkole
