Hi Folks: 
Here's a simple way to cool your beer for fermentation 
on these dog days --see photo 
Carboy is on my basement floor -=temp 70 
but by wrapping with tshirt and towels 
and dousing with H2O every 12 hrs 
the temp stayed around 66
