[Liquidpoets] Keg cutting

Thanks for the suggestions Don and Sean, however, we already have a member
that has a plasma cutter and is willing to help us (Pat Fleming).  We only
need a place where we can setup and cut them up, like someone's drive way.

In the past, one of the members who was needing kegs cut, volunteered to
host.

It will only take about 2 - 3 hours (max) to cut and clean up all the kegs.
 Many hands make light work!
