This email is going out to all entrants in this year's 18th Annual Eight Seconds of Froth homebrew competition. 

I'm forwarding the email I sent to everyone who had either signed up to volunteer as a judge or steward on the online site or my direct email to me. If I somehow left someone off of my list, I applogize and please let me know. 

For those in the front range region--we still have a need for more judges and even some more stewards. Many of you may have recently taken the BJCP exam or are studying to take it. Here's an opportunity to judge with many of the region's high caliber BJCP judges who have already signed up. 

Please contract me directly by email with name, rank and judge # (if you have one). 

I'll be sending our more detailed info on this Saturday's judging later on Thursday to everyone on my confirmed list of volunteers. 

We'll be trying to judge a few of the flights up here in Cheyenne over the next couple evenings. Bear with me, I'll be checking my emails each night following these sessions.

I'm sending out this emailing to everyone who registered online to volunteer as either a judge or steward or sent me an email to volunteer. Hopefully, I haven't omitted anyone. 

I'll be sending out more detailed info on this Saturday's judging sessions tomorrow, Thursday. 

Quick details: 

We received 405 entries this year which will be judged in 1, 2, 3 or 4 flights! My goal is to have a maximum of 12 entries per flight--hopefully 10 or less. 

With so many entries to judge, I'd like our stewards to show up by 830 am and our judges by 900 am with a goal to start judging promptly at 930 am. I'll be working on initial judge assignments for the first flights in the am and pm. As our judges finish their first flights they will be assigned to another, hopefully, smaller flight. 

We definitely, could use some more judges so pass the word around. Have them contact me directly by email with name, rank and judge # (if they have one).
