[Liquidpoets] Single Hopped Beers

Single Hop News; 



What is the purpose of this ongoing study? 

To Learn what qualities each hop variety contributes so we can brew beers 

with the bitterness, Flavor and aroma we desire. 

On that note I’d like to keep this going and 

continue to expand it so we can learn even more. 



So Brew a single hopped beer and bring it to the next meeting 

Please bring it to the table marked “Single Hop” 



Pale ales and IPA’s work best , because those styles are designed to showcase hops 



But any brew with a fair amount of hops can be a learning experience. 



This meeting I’ll bring some Belgian Pale Ale made with Crystal Hops 



I’d like it if someone could make a Pale Ale with any of those free hops 

that we got at New Belgium, especially Calypso 



Other hop varities we need to try: 

Colombus, Simcoe, Magnum, and 

any New Zealand variety or any variety you have. 





Coming Soon.... a standard recipe so we can really compare these hops Fairly
