Hi Doc,
There are several folks who you could contact but the best person is Eli Kolodny. Eli is the Quality manager at Odell's. His email is elikolodny at odellbrewing.com
I am not exactly sure about this but I do not believe they have a proprietary yeast strain (at least in their non-wild beers). It is a basic english ale yeast.
